Angela Craghead, BFA Business Admin

After 20+ years in the corporate world, I made a decision to start working in an industry that I’m passionate about. This has led me to supporting Becca and the rest of BFA. Not only am I a romance junkie, I am an aspiring author working on my first novel. My top 5 strengths are: Empathy, Achiever, Developer, Input, and Includer. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you!

Kate Tilton, BFA Executive Admin

Kate Tilton is the founder of Kate Tilton’s Author Services, LLC, where she has been helping authors since 2010. Kate helps authors of all stripes, from New York Times and USA Today bestsellers and award winners to pre-publication authors, navigate the publishing world and connect with readers. Kate has shared her industry knowledge by contributing to The Self-Publisher’s Ultimate Resource Guide (2016) and has appeared in Publishers WeeklyLibrary JournalRT Book Reviews, Novelists Inc. and Kobo Writing Life. She has also presented at Book Expo America’s Blogger Con, NINC, Penned Con and other venues. A cat-lover and fan of many geeky things, Kate can likely be found curled up with tea and a good book, plotting world takeover, or connecting authors and readers in any way she can. You can find Kate on katetilton.com.

Leslie Gail, BFA Classroom Administrator

As a long-time student and volunteer at the Better Faster Academy, Leslie can’t think of any place she’d rather work than here, except for maybe Disney World! Having experienced firsthand the life-changing gift of getting to know oneself better as a writer and a person, she is thrilled to be a member of the admin team as the Classroom Assistant and looks forward to doing whatever she can to help others on their own journey.

When she’s not at Disney, or in the classroom, you can probably find Leslie playing board games with her family, writing about witchy women, shuffling her tarot cards, or planning her next trip, which may or may not be to Disney World. (shh…it’s totally Disney World.)
