This three-day digital conference will be a blend of pre-recorded and live sessions along with live Q&As via Crowdcast.
Our goal for the for the conference is twofold:
1) To provide a framework for understanding fandoms and building engagement around our author business. This comes out of my study into fandoms and fan psychology, and also from my years of work with human behavior and personality. I want to give specific, practical help with understanding how to grow and build fan engagement around your books.
2) To provide specific, tactical insight for how our personalities can cause barriers to leveling-up in our author business phases and what keeps people from leveling up. We will also cover common mistakes that can prevent leveling up, with practical guidance.
In order to do this, I’ve got some pre-conference resources you can consume–including an introductory workshop on the Author Business Phases if you haven’t heard of that framework before, and including an assessment of where your business might land.
