If our pop-ups were “Level One” of Strengths work, these day-long single-Strength intensives are “Level Two” of the Strengths journey in-person. We’re experimenting with doing a whole Strength for one day, and deep diving into everything that makes this Strength tick, how it interacts with other Strengths, how Enneagram motivations can impact how it shows up, how to develop out of the basements, and how to best utilize it in your author career. It will be a combination of lectures and exercises, and our goal is for us to equip you with the tools you need to be the most well-equipped for your Strengths journey that you can. I hope you’ll consider joining us in St. Paul this summer as we experiment with the deepest level of Strengths development we’ve done yet!

Join us for a 3 day conference in a cozy boutique hotel in downtown Saint Paul, MN.

• Day one (Aug 18) will be some networking and some content delivery with Becca Syme where she will speak on Growing Fan Bases, and on Author Business Phases and how those apply to the cozy genre.
• On days two and three (Aug 19 & 20) we’ll gather our coterie of Cozy Mystery authors for discussions on various genre specific topics (where Becca will moderate some discussions, and other authors will moderate others), such as the state of the industry, and what worked this year, and what didn’t, how ads are performing, what new things are happening, and other topics decided by the group. We will also have some industry experts joining us in person or via Zoom to help dive into how cozy mystery authors can sell better in the upcoming years.
