Here’s a challenge for all my thinking-dominant peeps today:
If you have been considering doing something (reaching out to a friend, cancelling plans, making a change, stopping a relationship, starting a relationship), take a small step today.
The desire to think until we have certainty is sometimes a Strength behavior, and sometimes a response to early danger or early wounds. (So, sometimes it’s survival mechanism brain, and sometimes it’s logical brain.)
It’s time to test which one is in charge.
Take a small step in that direction today.
- Call/message the person.
- Email the coordinator.
- Unfollow the group/person.
- Set the Freedom.
- Erase the chapters.
- Make the appointment.
- Book the ticket.
- Cancel the ticket.
- Flirt.
- Hug.
- Walk.
- Breathe.
- ……. Open The Manuscript.
Whatever you’ve been thinking of doing, but not doing, take the action right now.
