If you know your Strengths, take a quick minute to check in with them. We usually do a 1-10 scale (1 is low and 10 is high), but you could do emojis or thumbs-up/thumbs-down, or 1-5. Whatever works for you.
Are they each getting fed in a beneficial way? Is there anything you could do to make a 6 into a 7 in this moment?
I just did mine, and I found that my Connectedness was feeling really disconnected so I set a time for a zoom meeting with a friend. That made my 6 into a 7. And then I texted for awhile with my mom and sister about the tournament last night, and that made Connectedness a 10. This is my favorite time of year and I love sharing it with them.
Input is almost always the sleeper, though, as are a lot of #1 Strengths. My Input is feeling very low right now (probably because I’m in the middle of finishing a nonfiction book and I am always “outputting” which means I’m gonna have to input at some point.
